The partnership firm was then converted into Public Limited company under part I (Chapter XXI) of the Companies Act, 2013 in the name and style of Manglam Infra & Engineering Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 2023, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
